Are you registered and insured?

AC Remodel carries all required insurance and is willing to provide you with a certificate of insurance from our agency. Note that Pennsylvania will require all home service technicians to be registered effective June 2009. AC Remodel has already taken steps to be registered with the State.

Do you provide a warranty?

AC Remodel provides a 1 year warranty on all work we perform. You will also receive various manufacturer's warranties on the products used on your job.

How do I schedule a consultation with your expert?

Call our office at 724-339-1790 to schedule a consultation with one of our experts. They'll talk with you about the type of work you want done and schedule an appointment to meet with you.

What are your rates?

Rates for our jobs vary due to the type of work being performed and the number of hours and materials needed.  Depending on the scope of work, we can do it on an hourly or a contracted basis.

Do you provide free consultations and budgeting?

AC remodel provides free consultation over the phone. Detailed estimates and budgeting can take a full day. In this case we charge for our estimate but credit the estimate charge to your project should you ask us to do the work.

During what hours can I schedule an appointment?

AC Remodel schedules appointments Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What type of projects do you do?

Our scope of work includes everything from small home improvement projects, to kitchens and baths and other large remodeling projects.

What payment options do you offer?

Payment options may vary by project. AC Remodel generally accepts cash or checks. For larger projects we offer financing services through GE Capital.

How long does it typically take for the work on my house to begin?

Schedules will vary by location and time of year so it’s best to contact the office for current information.

How long is a typical consultation?

Each consultation is based on individual need, however, our typical consultations will last about two hours. This allows us time to thoroughly discuss your project with you and answer any questions you may have.

AC Remodel services homes anywhere within Allegheny County and within a 15 mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh.
